Change money to Pesos, preferably at the Edzen Money Changer, in Manila before you come to Coron. Money changing is available in the Swagman Travel office and at a Pawnshop in Coron but the exchange rate in Coron is usually more than 10% less than the exchange rate in Manila.

There is no "on-line banking facility" in Coron so there are no ATM machines. You can't draw money off of your credit card without going through Swagman Travel which will charge you 10% if they even have any pesos available to advance.

Diving and diver training courses are priced in dollars. All charges can be paid for with Pesos, US dollars or US$ denominated traveler's checks.

You can also pay with Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card at the Swagman Travel Office or the Kalamayan Inn.
Either Swagman Travel or the Kalamayan Inn will add a surcharge of 6.5% to Dive Right's charges if you pay with your credit card through them.
